I feel dirty..............

I feel dirty, really really dirty..... So today i got the Marine codex, I have a slight inkling to do some 40k crap again, more for the fact that most play 40k and I miss rolling dice and playing games, so I got the codex and will think of putting together and painting up a new army.

So questions, what points is 40k mainly played at these days? :)

Welcome back to the fold!

Once you're in, you can never get out.

Anyway, it seems that tournaments are starting to move towards 1750. The speed of the game now means that larger armies are a viable option within a (for example) two hour time period. That said, the stalwarts eg. Arcanacon are still sticking with the same size as always.

still 1500 mate, though expansions liek planet strike and apocalypse are letting you go higher wihout ruining the mechanics.
